This steering paddle has a full foiled blade - meaning we eliminate the rib (which disrupts the water flow over the blade) - creating a blade that 'sticks' very well to the canoe when 'ruddering' or 'poking'. This paddle is designed for rough water or regatta use, but may be used for all your steering needs. Blade size is 9.5" wide, 21" long, and a 5-degree angle. Adhesive grip tape on heel of blade.
